Customers can choose between synthetic paper 190gsm and art card 260gsm. Note that the maximum size for art card 260gsm is A3.
 
3. Is additional lamination available for posters?
Yes, we offer additional lamination for posters with an extra charge, providing added protection and durability.
 
4. How long does it take to process an order?
The standard processing time is 3-5 days for normal orders. For urgent orders, we offer a 1-2 day option with an additional charge of 30%.
 
5. How can customers upload their artwork for poster printing?
Customers can easily upload their poster artwork through our website during the ordering process.
 
6. Is there an option for customers to hire your design services?
Yes, customers who do not have their own design/artwork can hire us for RM50 per design.
 
7. If the customer chooses to hire for design, when does the duration time start?
The duration time for design services starts calculating after the customer confirms the design and proceeds for printing. Typically, the design process takes around 1-3 days, excluding printing duration time.
 
8. Can customers collect the finished posters at your shop?
Yes, customers can choose to collect their finished posters at our shop during operating hours.
 
9. Is postage/shipping available for the finished posters?
Certainly, we can arrange for postage/shipping for the convenience of customers who prefer to receive their posters at a location of their choice.
