Customers can choose from round/oval, square/rectangle, and custom shapes. For custom shapes, there is a one-time additional charge of RM5 for creating a custom cutting outline.

Sticker material options include mirrocoat (non-waterproof), white PP (waterproof), and transparent (waterproof).

Yes, additional lamination is available with an extra charge, providing added protection and durability.

The standard processing time is 3-5 days for normal orders. For urgent orders, we offer a 1-2 day option with an additional charge of 30%.

9. Is there an option for customers to hire your design services?
Yes, customers who do not have their own design/artwork can hire us for RM30 per design.

The duration time for design services starts calculating after the customer confirms the design and proceeds for printing. Typically, the design process takes around 1-3 days, excluding printing duration time.
 
11. Can customers collect the finished label stickers at your shop?
Yes, customers can choose to collect their finished label stickers at our shop during operating hours.
 
12. Is postage/shipping available for the finished label stickers?
Certainly, we can arrange for postage/shipping for the convenience of customers who prefer to receive their label stickers at a location of their choice.
