It's a convenient way to safeguard precious memories, organize photo collections,
and easily share them with family and friends.
1. What types of photo sources do you accept for digitalization?
We accept both negative film and printed version photos. Customers can submit these by hand at our shop or ship them to us.
 
2. Can you process negative films that are still in the roll?
We can only process negative films that have already been chemically processed. Negative films still in the roll cannot be processed.
 
3. What output formats are available for the digitalized photos?
Customers can choose from different output formats, including JPEG, TIFF, or PDF, based on their preferences.
 
4. How long does it take to process an order?
The standard processing time is 1-2 days for normal orders. For urgent orders, we offer a <24 hours option with an additional charge of 30%.
 
5. How can customers submit their photo sources to you?
Customers can submit their photo sources either by hand at our shop or by shipping them to us.
 
6. How will customers receive the digitalized photos?
The digitalized photos will be sent through a download link. Customers can download the softcopy photos after receiving the link.
 
7. Is there an option for customers to collect the digitalized photos at your shop?
Yes, customers can opt to collect the digitalized photos at our shop. They can bring a pendrive or hard disk to receive the digitalized photos in person.
 
8. Is postage/shipping available for the submitted photo sources and digitalized photos?
Yes, customers have the option to ship their photo sources to us, and we can also arrange for postage/shipping for the digitalized photos to their preferred location.
