Our bunting is made of durable tarpaulin with a thickness of 380gsm.

Absolutely! You have the option to choose from our standard sizes or customize the dimensions according to your specific requirements.

We offer various finishing options, including PVC pipe top and bottom, wood top and bottom, eyelet 4 holes, and no eyelet hole. You can choose the one that suits your needs and purpose.
 
5. Do you provide additional accessories for the bunting?
Yes, we offer additional accessories such as tripod stands and round T-stands to make displaying your bunting easy and effective.
 
6. How long does it take to process an order?
The standard processing time is 3-5 days. For urgent orders, we provide a 1-2 day option with an additional charge of 30%.
 
7. How can I submit my design or artwork?
You can easily upload your design or artwork through our website during the ordering process.
 
8. What if I don't have a design or artwork?
No problem! We offer design services for a nominal fee of RM50 per design. Our creative team is ready to assist you.
 
9. If the customer chooses to hire us for design, when does the duration time start?
The duration time begins its calculation after the customer confirms the design and proceeds for printing. The design process typically takes around 1-3 days, excluding the printing duration time.
 
10. Can I choose the method of collecting my finished bunting?
Yes, you can! Once your order is ready, you can either collect it from our shop during operating hours or opt for postage/shipping.
